We are looking for a process developer and analyst expert who does not just build TODO lists but thinks in business systems and end-to-end processes.

If you enjoy designing systems, setting up CRMs, automating workflows, and handling integrations when needed, this is the place for you.

relevant experience in PM/CRM implementations or setups
confidently use ClickUp (or a similar PM tool) for complex systems, not just task management
project management mindset (scope, statuses, responsibilities, reports)
think from a business perspective, not just technical setup
experience with automation/integration tools (n8n, Make, Zapier, etc.)
comfortable with multitasking (managing 5-10 smaller projects in parallel)
enjoy client communication and planning solutions based on their needs

map client processes (process analysis, interviews, workshops)
design and configure ClickUp-based systems: sales pipeline, CRM, project management, HR processes, financial/admin workflows
create custom fields, workflows, automations, dashboards
apply ClickUp best practices for scalable structures
build low-code automations in n8n (ClickUp ↔ external systems)
plan and implement integrations (e.g. invoicing, email, forms, CRMs)
design and implement AI agents
train clients and prepare documentation
participate in digital strategy and system architecture planning
